1. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

By submitting artwork to Pixel Shifter, you agree to the following terms:

• All submissions must be your original work
• You must have the rights to submit the artwork
• Submissions must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• All submissions are subject to moderation before appearing publicly

2. LICENSE GRANT

By submitting artwork, you grant Pixel Shifter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your artwork in the community gallery
• Use your artwork for promotional purposes related to Pixel Shifter
• Feature winning competition entries in the official software

You retain all ownership rights to your original artwork.

3. COMPETITION RULES

For competition entries:

• All entries must use only the 4-color UI theme palette
• Entries must meet the size requirements for the selected category
• Each participant may submit multiple entries per category
• Winners will be selected by Pixel Shifter staff
• Prize distribution is at the discretion of Pixel Shifter

4. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us:

• Email addresses are used only for prize notification and account purposes
• Parent/guardian emails for minors are used only for prize distribution
• Your display name will be shown publicly with your artwork
• We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties

5. MODERATION

Pixel Shifter reserves the right to:

• Reject any submission that violates these terms
• Remove previously approved submissions that are found to violate terms
• Disqualify competition entries that do not meet requirements
• Ban users who repeatedly violate guidelines

6. AI TRAINING PROHIBITION

Pixel Shifter explicitly prohibits the use of any artwork, images, or content hosted on this website for the purpose of training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

• No artwork submitted to or displayed on Pixel Shifter may be used for AI/ML training datasets
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data collection for AI training purposes is strictly forbidden
• This prohibition applies to all generative AI systems, including but not limited to image generators, style transfer models, and diffusion models
• Users retain full rights to their artwork and do not grant any AI training rights by submitting to this platform

We actively implement technical measures to prevent AI training crawlers from accessing user-submitted content. Any violation of this policy may result in legal action.

Artists deserve to have their work protected. We stand with creators.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. Major changes will be announced through the platform.
